With Source Fitness Training, it is my deep-seated desire to engage clients, friends, and individuals at multiple stages of fitness on as many levels as possible. We are complex creatures with unique abilities, goals, and dreams. By focusing on only one element of our intricate construction, we deny ourselves our ultimate potential. Any positive change or habit must involve an interaction and involvement of the mind and body. So, when I train or have a consultation, or speak, or write, I attempt to involve as many faculties as possible. Exercise is essential to our health in our modern society, but training must be united with a deeper vision on the part of every individual to be truly successful. It must be connected with a broader mission and sense of purpose. At Source Fitness Training, it is our goal to educate, encourage, and challenge individuals from all walks of life to pursue more with their lives, and physical training is an amazing vehicle to do just that.
