Source Fitness Training is a company created and defined by a desire to see each individual succeed in their quest to become a healthier and happier person.
We have developed packages tailored for each person in the community, and we believe that everyone should have access to the best and most current forms of exercise and health.
A broad range of training options ensures that each client is treated uniquely and specifically. We will meet you where you are, and we will assist you in the pursuit of a fitter, stronger, and more productive you.
Our professional manner and commitment to our clients makes our programs safe, even for those recovering from injury or for those who have little or no experience in a gym setting.
Simply put, our workouts purposefully combine time-tested weight and cardio exercise techniques, while also keeping up-to-date on the newest research and development in exercise science, so you never have to worry about a stale or boring experience.
If you are excited about training, but want to save money and share the experience with friends, group personal training will be available. Workouts will vary daily, and groups of 2-4 will enjoy an hour of action-packed exercise.
If you are interested in slimming down and joining a Biggest Loser type program, we will include you in a highly individualized 10-week program, including one-on-one training and weekly accountability and instructional consultations.
If you are curious about circuit training, where cardio is paired with weight training, or desire to train for agility or speed, we will design a plan for you.
If you are over 50 and looking to pick up weight training for functionality, independence, and improved health and vitality, we will get you started on a program just for you.
If you are eager to improve your body and mind, we invite you to attend our educational workshops on relevant fitness related topics.
All of these options are available, and packages will continually be enhanced to ensure you get the best experience available.
